Refund Policy

Subscriptions
- Free trial first. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate BrokerShield fully before paying anything.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.
- Renewals. Subsequent monthly charges are generally non-refundable, but if you believe you were charged in error (e.g., you cancelled before renewal and were still billed), contact us and we'll make it right.
- Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation stops all future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
One-time products (Policy Pack)
Because templates are delivered digitally and immediately, Policy Pack purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the materials have a material defect or do not match their description. Contact us and we will fix the issue or refund you.
How to request a refund
Email support@getbrokershield.com from your account email with your order number (found in your Paddle receipt). Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
